How characters work
You are charged for the lesson text you turn into audio. Pause markers are free, and a generation that fails is never charged. Allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over.
If a payment fails
New audio generation pauses until it is sorted out — but you can always play and download audio you have already made. We will not hold a term of lessons hostage over a card that expired.
Cancelling
Month to month, cancel any time from the billing portal. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires.
Your audio
Audio you generate is yours to use with your students and in your published materials, including commercially, on every plan. We never delete it on a schedule — a lesson recorded once should still be there next term.
